Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with LLMtoMD. This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work. It applies to subscriptions purchased through our payment processor.
1. Free plan
The Free plan is available at no cost and requires no payment information. You can use it to evaluate the Service before subscribing.
2. Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) and renew automatically until cancelled. Your billing date is the date you first subscribe.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings or by emailing support@llmtomd.com. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. We do not charge cancellation fees.
4. Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable. Because the Free plan lets you fully evaluate the Service before paying, we do not provide refunds for dissatisfaction, change of mind, or for credits or time you did not use. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period and are not charged again.
The only exceptions are:
- a duplicate or incorrect charge caused by a billing error on our side; and
- refunds we are required to provide by applicable law.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge at support@llmtomd.com and we will investigate. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
5. Price changes
If we change prices, the new price applies to your next billing period. We will give you notice before any increase takes effect, and you may cancel before it applies.
